Registration and Fees

PARTICIPANT or PRESENTER?

Participant

To register as a participant, please follow these steps.

 

  1. Make PAYMENT. Please refer to MODES OF PAYMENT below.

  2. Obtain PROOF OF PAYMENT (POP) and email it to ipcsm2016.register@gmail.com.

  3. Click ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM and fill-up the required information. Submit the form.

  4. Conference Day.

 

 

Presenter

To register as a presenter*, please follow these steps.

 

  1. Email your ABSTRACT(S) to ipcsm2016.submission@gmail.com.

  2. Receive NOTIFICATION OF ABSTRACT(S) ACCEPTANCE and PAPER CODE(S) from the Secretariat.

  3. Make PAYMENT. Please refer to MODES OF PAYMENT below.

  4. Obtain PROOF OF PAYMENT (POP) and email to ipcsm2016.register@gmail.com.

  5. Click ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM and fill-up the required information. Submit the form.

  6. Send FULL PAPER(S) to ipcsm2016.submission@gmail.com.

  7. Receive NOTIFICATION OF FULL PAPER(S) ACCEPTANCE from the Secretariat.

  8. Conference Day.

 

Notes*

  • If you are presenting more than one paper, then repeat STEP 1 TO 7 for the next paper.

  • Presenters (Postgraduate students) from Faculty of Science and Mathematics UPSI may skip STEP 3 and 4.

MODES OF PAYMENT

National Presenters/Participants

Payment can be made via:

  • Purchase Order (PO)/Local Order (LO)/banker's cheque/bank draft (UPSI).

  • Internet banking/cash deposit/ ATM transfer to BIMB Account  No: 08068010003264

 

International Presenters/Participants

Payment can be made via:

  • Telegraphic Transfer (TT)

  • (SWIFT:BIMBMYKL/Account No: 08068010003264/Beneficiary  Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris)

 

Remarks:

  • Payment by Credit Card is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

  • Participants will be contacted by the Secretariat once the registration has been approved. 

  • Postgraduate students from UPSI may CLICK HERE for application of conference grant by UPSI. They also need to fill-up the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.

  • Payment/Proof of Payment (PoP) must be received by The Secretariat by September 1st, 2016. Kindly email the PROOF OF PAYMENT (POP) to ipcsm2016.register@gmail.com.

  • Registration fees include: Conference materials and program book, conference bag, certificate of attendance, meals and conference proceeding CD.
